Sparkling Wine with fine perlage, has a floral aroma and fruity fragrance with notes of green apple and white flowers. The taste is harmonious, well structured and dry. Excellent as an aperitif and cocktails, also recommended in first courses of fish and shellfish or with delicate meat sauces. It also matches well with cheese not too tasty.
