Sparkling Wine with a delicate bouquet with notes of fresh fruit and grass. With sour flavor, fresh and slim, it has a bitter aftertaste. Fresh and pleasant accompanies easily with light dishes such as light appetizers, fish, risotto, white meats and fresh cheeses. It should be served decanted.
